bullrider_21 : Demand for Cybertruck seems much lower than the sky-high expectations for the vehicle. That ~2 million vehicle pre-order backlog seems to have been depleted around Oct of this year, when Tesla started allowing orders without a reservation. At the time, Tesla had only sold somewhere around 30,000 total Cybertrucks.
Tesla lowered Cybertruck lease pricing – and this happened less than a month since the company started leasing Cybertrucks at all. It's another sign that Tesla isn't seeing quite as much demand as once expected for the vehicle.
When the truck hit the road, things didn't go exactly as planned. The vehicle came out late and over budget, also missing some of the specs that were originally promised. The first available "Foundation Series" models started at USD100k – a far cry from the promised entry-level USD40k. It's now available at a base price of USD79k – but a promised future USD61k base RWD model was recently removed that from Tesla's website.

10baggerbamm : so you're going to buy 22,000 shares or 22,000 dollars? either way it won't make the stock up tick if it ever gets to that price and by the way doesn't look like you're getting there because that bullshit decision by that liberal asshole judge in Delaware where Biden lives was a partisan decision has nothing to do with the law. and it's going to be appealed and overturned 70% of shareholders voted for that payout it was performance based and if you look at the link that I posted yesterday. you will see that this decision puts every other company in the state of Delaware where they're Incorporated at risk where they can be sued in the future and the attorneys can get the upside of the options the derivative increase we're talking billions of dollars when a stock goes up attorneys will now be able to sue and capture.. so this transcends well beyond Tesla and opens up an enormous liability for any company that chooses to incorporate in the state of Delaware.
