It can't be that they won't invest anymore... they've invested in building a factory. They probably won't invest in Intel anymore. Intel has also dropped significantly.

The company is very protective of it's processes and there is fear that if they build over here, they will have to train U.S. labor to run the factories and lose their IP. It's why there were problems setting up the Arizona factory.
