The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are to carry on payment technology solution licensing, development and related hardware sales and, or rental and electronic payment processing as aggregator and master merchant. The Group is principally engaged in the provision of payment processing services (MPS) and digital commerce-enabling services (DCES), with a focus on the retail, transportation, and food and beverage industries. The Group operates two business segments: the MPS business segment and the DCES business segment. The Majority of its revenue is from the MPS business segment which includes payment processing services through its unified platform and smart software.
