CapitaLand and UOL-led consortium submit $805.39 mil bid for Holland Drive GLS site.
The $805.39 million bid put forward by the CapitaLand-UOL consortium is the highest out of three bids that the government received for the 133,330 sq ft residential site when the tender closed on May 14.
The other two partners in the consortium are Singapore Land Group (20%) and Kheng Leong Co. (10%).

2. Share price drop significantly and way below its NTA
3. yet CEO is expecting higher payout .

UOL and SingLand’s Watten House 57% sold in private preview at average of S$3,230 psf
UOL Group and its listed subsidiary Singapore Land Group : (SingLand), which will undertake a partial redevelopment of their Marina Square asset in Raffles Boulevard.
The duo are planning to build 702 residential apartments and serviced apartments, 87,529 sq m GFA of retail space and 18,891 sq m of offices, based on the PP granted in August to Marina Centre Holdings (MCH) and SingLand. MCH is owned by UOL and SingLand
