Boxman : Cool so how did you come up with the 287 k free float ? I thought it was 850,409. I guess the better question is - how do we take into account the fractional share to deduct ?
Jaguar8 OP Boxman : Oh I think I wrote the other stock’s float on this .it should be 762K free float shares the fractional shares you get Moomoo will return it to you in cash equivalent
Boxman : number of outstanding common shares will be reduced from 39,720,458 shares to approximately 850,409 shares without taking into account fractional shares. This is off sec file ex. The part at the end there about taking into account fractional shares. Im wondering how we find that number ?
