If we include the controlling shareholders stake 79%, the public shareholdings is only left 14.2%. So, I think the company is likely to delist at higher price of between 0.70 and 0.80 range which costs them less than $300 million SGD. Payback period is 2 years. 3rd year onwards, they actually make money for themselves since it becomes pr...
