A Trump DOJ would never have blocked the JetBlue-Spirit merger… and will never block a Frontier-Spirit merger. Similarly, a Harris DOJ would likely let this deal happen since they have driven Spirit to the brink of bankruptcy by blocking the JetBlue buyout.
