The Dow reversed its gains for the day after the FOMC released a decision to cut target rates by 25 basis points. Kim10 : algorithms my friend it's worthwhile learning how they work there are multiple types that exacerberate the selling pressure and it creates a vicious cycle accelerating the downward spiral
