$UWM Holdings (UWMC.US)$ I can't believe this is actually having an up day . if interest rates can come down for purchases and refinances in addition to rock and mortgage which is a vastly superior company you should keep an eye on this one because they will print money. if rates can come down and stay down and you can look at the 10-year because when the 10-year falls you're 30-year rate for your mortgages are going to fall and then there's a mad dash to refinance and do cash outs refis.
