Realty Income just reported amazing earnings! They made $1.06 and the dividend cost 0.79c! Which is a 73.6% payout ratio and for a REIT thats very safe, which has to payout most of its earnings in the form of dividends! and many other highlights from the earnings! i also show u how much i own
