Investors will receive proportional amounts of shares in the new company based on an $18M valuation for Fresh Vine Wine and a $320M valuation for Notes Live

The Real Wojak : Too be fair it’s an $18M company and so anytime it trades for less than that, including now. It’s a buy imo. Only a matter of time until the merger news hits and everyone will be reminded that the company will merge with Notes Live at an $18M valuation it’s already locked in so I really don’t understand how this is so low makes no sense tbh
