Is anyone familiar with 604CVR019? A public/private offering MiRagen did (former ticker #MGEN) had done to fund a buyout of $Viridian Therapeutics(VRDN.US)$ along with VRDN-001, a new T.E.D. or Thyroid Eye Disease drug. They issued 604CVR019 in return for investment.
