I do not believe any of the above apply to this serial splitter
This split was off the back of a split just 3 months ago. Clearly management would like to see a $20+ plus stock price with matching higher MC and although that was on the horizon they lacked in patience + solid news flow to deserve it.
Consequently they split the stock again, effectively that means a $9 share now is worth $3 in real terms burning their investors
Their news flow is gratuity for beaurocracy not investors, it seriously lacks "coal face news" of operations, goals, future developments etc. In fact one would think the boardroom was an Ai-bot whilst the managers surfed and fished.
I haven't been here long, but I have been here long enough to tell P&D runs the show and the facts/data/performance that shareholders invest in is a by product of self serving management splitting stock for their egos. If these guys have something worth respecting, they have kept it off the table. If they wanted a reduction in shares on issue the ultimate respect to shreholders is buying back from profits

Jaguar8 151604459 : Investors don’t get burned during RS because value of shares unchanged. I don’t really care if they do 10M splits. I trade the chart and momentum. I don’t care about mgmt since it’s a day trade, not an investment
