  Walmart is not going to absorb the price increase I'm going to pass it to customers and customers are on a budget they have a finite amount of discretionary income and you can only have a certain amount of people that transition from Target to Walmart and if you listen to the past conference calls in years past they talk about how the average income of their customer is X dollars and that is transition from Target which is a higher in store if you can believe it it's still a shit store to Walmart there's not much below Walmart you talking like you know Dollar general shit garbage.
  if you don't think Walmart right now is trying to figure out what the hell to do the dollar is getting stronger they didn't hedge correctly last quarter so all the crap they're buying from China is costing them more and more and more on top of the tariffs.
  I don't know call me crazy Nvidia is trading at today's date 20 times next year's earnings from a multiple Walmart 35 times what am I missing here people?

• stderr 10baggerbamm OP : Thanks for the tip. I think the point of the tariffs is getting production to the us. There are plenty of trees around here, don't even bother unless you have a full logging truck, preferably ten. I don't know how Canada undercuts us but that might be worth looking into
