Sina Technology reported that on January 24, many netizens have recently complained about quality issues with Chilean imported cherries at Sam's, citing a high number of bad fruit, a bitter and astringent taste, and some even claiming to experience vomiting and diarrhea after consumption. In response, the official customer service of Sam's Club stated, 'We have not received any relevant notifications, and we usually guarantee quality when selling (commodities). The products are all transported via marine transportation. If you encounter quality issues with the cherries, you can contact customer service for assistance immediately.' In this regard, Sina Technology inquired with Walmart's official representative, but there has been no response as of the time of publication.
