hard to believe he had anything to do with such an amazing company…

His $ex life is his $ex life. Getting exposed for wanting $ex shouldn’t drag on for months with no end in sight. The company has reported good financial results and hopefully positive growth in the future…. A Saint we aren’t.

if it goes on long enough there will be a share holder vote that removes him or one could expect so. its the most common outcome when a ceo goes full meglamaniac.

cause the way i think about it, if he had the power that the news cycle implies he has; we would never have heard the story. theres already an outside agency thats been tasked with this, that was a shareholder appointment.
$WiseTech Global Ltd (WTC.AU)$ haha dont mind the accidental drawing on the screenshot but that flow was at 11:16. make your own call but its a good argument in favour of the rallys birth.

:
looks like the share holder vote and potential settling of the board woes could be too much good news to hold down. too early to say though.

:
BTW, did any part of the report mentioned misuse of funds or individuals dipping into company cash or using company petty cash to pay for personal furnitures and cleaning services???? I think it’s only about embarassing personal $EX adventures correct? So which individuals or groups that wants the major shareholder removed? What’s the plan if or once the major shareholder is removed? Is there a company that wishes to take over WTC??

:
yea its all down to the ceo. its my favourite trading style. i love to scandal trade. he tried bankrupt an ex among other things. yesterday he admitted to lying to the board so this is the likely end of the dip. while the news cycle seems bad its actually good because he has admitted fault and now can be stood down.

more specifically to the question. the business is fantastic, beat estimates and has released new products. all the consitions for a new all time high. only issue is the ceo being inappropriate
