These lawsuits are par for the course and just lawyers cashing in where they can. They won't even dent the profits of the manufacturers. These drugs are never leaving the market because anyone who can shell out a few hundred bucks is all but guaranteed to lose 30 lbs in a couple of months with little to no effort. Basically a miracle in a shot. They can have side effects, but fewer with Tirzepatide than with Semaglutide. I have yet to meet anyone who says the results weren't worth it.
