earnings look okay. not as bad as people expected

$D.R. Horton (DHI.US)$ there were concerns of shrinking margins but it seemed pretty okay
expecting a green day for housing stocks

probably a good time to buy some names in housing

$Zillow-C (Z.US)$ the whole real estate sector has been getting dumped like a bitch all the real estate small and mid caps have been oversold to absolute bottoms
