Last week we saw the market ended with solid gains on Friday (16 Aug) with the S&P 500 index closed with +3.93%.

Exercise caution around Consumer Discretionary sector (NYSEARCA:XLY) given weak Q3; discretionary spending expected to remain limited. Some companies, like Royal Caribbean, have a more positive outlook, while Tesla and Amazon are rated 'hold' because of valuation worries.
