look i have a bunch of megacaps in my portfolio so it's taking a good hit today but that doesn't mean i just give up and get depressed or panic sell like a maniac there are a million other tickers to make money from $Zillow-C(Z.US$

The median new home price unexpectedly fell to $400,500 in February, down 7.6% over the last year.
This is the lowest median new home price since June 2021.
Meanwhile, the median existing home price jumped to $384,500 in February.
