Horton (DHI.US)$  earnings it's the largest US homebuilder if the earnings is solid then the rally in homebuilders will continue and that spills over to the home buying/selling platforms like Zillow and $Opendoor Technologies (OPEN.US)$

$Zillow-C (Z.US)$  it has broken above 53.5 which is the neckline of the H&S according to my interpretation

$Zillow-C (Z.US)$ the whole real estate sector has been getting dumped like a bitch all the real estate small and mid caps have been oversold to absolute bottoms
but with increasing probability of rate cuts it should help homebuyers and homesellers because you don't need to pay ridiculous mortgage rates anymore so even the expectation of rate cuts is enough to move these housing stocks and along with them all the furniture/renovation stocks so i ...

look i have a bunch of megacaps in my portfolio so it's taking a good hit today but that doesn't mean i just give up and get depressed or panic sell like a maniac there are a million other tickers to make money from  $Zillow-C (Z.US)$

you can call it inverse H&S or C&H either way it's bullish the stock has been consolidating and forming a base and with the rotation out of tech into housing banking and small caps this should rally again
