Buy only one or a few stocks at the low enough price. If the price goes up, wait until you have significant profit before adding some more. The unrealised profit protact you from too much loss if the price goes down.
  If the price goes down after you bought one or a few shares, wait until the price hit the bottom or went low enough. Buy Call Option.

• pootpoot : only take trades with high probability. always confirm with weekly 4hr, hourly chart. it's ok to join the bus late once breakout is confirmed only. take precautionary hedging measures when it breaks certain key levels to avoid heavy losses.

• QMengColdJoke : I reinvest 1/3 of dividend at 25(22 actually). Will be glad to reinvest more dividends recently, but try to keep average cost below 10 (including dividend I got). No rush.
  Based on index level, Q4 should be as good as Q2. But they will need to play some trick to defer tax. Long term contracts will all roll to higher price zone. Low oil price. Overcrowding will happen again but most shipping companies are careful. Exception is COSCO who has unlimited cash China government prints… But fear now, global companies all ready occupied shipyards in China until 2028 Don’t expect great 2025. But any multiple like large players, we will be super rich
