deep_value_seeker : Nasdaq-listed issuers are required to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share. as you can see zip is not too far from 1 bucks per share and just listing on NASDAQ doesn't guarantees share price will go up. most likely it will go down because of share delusion. So, for at least the near future we do not want zip to go this route.
