China Property Investment Holdings Limited (00736) announced that, pursuant to Rule 13.49(1) of the Listing Rules, the Company is required to publish its annual results for the year ending 2026 no later than three months after the end of the financial year, i.e., on or before June 30, 2026. The Board confirms that any delay in publishing the announcement regarding the 2026 annual results (if it occurs) would constitute a breach of Listing Rule 13.49(1). The Company is currently working closely with its auditors and making every effort to provide all necessary information and documents to enable the auditors to complete the audit procedures as soon as practicable. However, the publication date of the 2026 annual results is expected to be by mid-July 2026.
