China Welfare Lottery Network Holdings (08071) announced that Ms. Wu Shan has decided to devote more time to other work and has resigned as an executive director, effective from April 10, 2026. Following her resignation, she will also cease to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 5.24 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and as the company's supervisor. Ms. Wu will not seek re-election as an executive director at the company's upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders.
