In appreciation for the ongoing support of its shareholders, and with the aim of enhancing the investment appeal of its stock and expanding its shareholder base, the company has decided to establish this shareholder benefits program. Eligible participants include shareholders listed in the company's register as of the end of March each year who hold at least 100 shares (one trading unit) and have continuously held these shares for more than six months.

IACE Travel <343A> announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2026 on the 14th. Revenue increased by 11.9% from the previous term to 3.015 billion yen, operating income rose by 24.2% to 754 million yen, ordinary income grew by 28.6% to 755 million yen, and net income attributable to parent company shareholders increased by 34.2% to 529 million yen. BTM Services saw a steady increase in the number of companies using its cloud-based travel arrangement system 'Smart BTM,' with an average monthly user base of 1,249 companies (up from the previous year).
