MrTahoe : That's fine and all but they've been expanding very strategic locations such as lake Tahoe. they seem like a great long-term play to me. they've been buying everybody out in the industry. very super lucrative industry. I might add without any direct competition. I see them outperforming their peers for sure

10baggerbamm OP MrTahoe : 100% correlation with this company to lower interest rates they need lower interest rates because people refinance their houses and they do remodeling when interest rates are going to go down with interest rates higher refinances have fallen off a cliff that directly negatively impacts this company and all companies in this space additionally the new construction industry is down dramatically and they are a seller to the new home builders throughout the country so they have two negatives that are in their face every single day now what could change in the near future is May 15th.
that's when we should have confirmation of the new Fed chair and there will be a sentiment change with his opinion about interest rates of course without getting too much into detail we still have a Supreme Court decision that must be ruled in president Trump's favor so that he can remove that corrupt fed governor who committed mortgage fraud because she has a vote on interest rates and she will vote to keep them high because she hates Trump it's just that simple and every member in the FED capacity rotates with a vote and right now there is a majority of oats that were people appointed under democratic presidents
so the long and the short is you need lower interest rates for this company to benefit I own them indirectly through an ETF and the ETF is very depressed because it is focused around home builders and within that portfolio is this company as well as Lowe's in home Depot and their stocks also are down dramatically because they need lower interest rates when people buy houses whether it's new or existing they go to home Depot to buy shit and Lowe's for that matter so that whole sector is very depressed with a new Fed chair sentiment may change but we also need the war over and president Trump is he said he is in no rush so what was four to five weeks we are now well over 2 months and oil prices are high interest rates are high and they are not coming down anytime soon until the war is officially over so there's a lot of headwinds in this company as well as the industry that are stopping them from moving higher
