• Hugh Jass : BSLK already delisted from NASDAQ on Jan 5, the stock has traded OTC ever since. Your shares are still visible to you in your brokerage account.

• Hugh Jass : Trying again as I can’t tell if this actually went through or not (can’t see it in the browser):
  First pic is from the 8-K they filed on Jan 5th indicating that BLSK delisted from NASDAQ on Jan 5th.
  Second pic is from a different brkr which labels stocks trading on OTC a little clearer.
  Third pic shows my position in BLSK, which is 800 shares @ 0.1612 cost basis, purchased on Moomoo last week.
  Regarding the news articles, my understanding is that they are just reporting on Bolt filing the necessary forms to formalize their voluntary delisting, and nothing will change after those are filed - BSLK will still trade OTC as it does now, the forms will just make it "official."
