MoonGazer : Well researched
.
Trytosaveabit OP MoonGazer : Thank you
Jaguar8 : promise? they won’t do it? i am skeptical
xcinvest : O_O does it mean some companies engage or purposefully short their own stocks?
Trytosaveabit OP Jaguar8 : i admit im a bit leary myself! 3 years ago and more! Iron clad and respected. Since though? Well it is a legal binding contract. So break it and it will cost you. But it will prolly at that point be treated just as getting caught naked shorting. Ex: Make 25 million naked shorting. Get caught and actually fined. Fine = 1.5 million! So the fine is about 3% of what you made cheating! So just chalk it up to the cost of doing business. Kinda like a sellers fee! Hehehe. So where is the deterrent? Hehehe! But im fairly confident because maybe the fines wouldn’t bother them! But a BAD name from lying to a company and shorting their shares. Well that gets around, may start getting hard to find other companies to trust you enough for you to make interest off them.
