Ilovelatte : Yes Sensei
Pablovski : $Lynas Rare Earths Ltd (LYC.AU)$ another aus rare earth with resource in US and refinery in malaysia
10baggerbamm OP Pablovski : but you see it's already gone from like a buck to $19 so everybody already knows about it and the real money is made and if there's an issue with the market sell-off you're going to get destroyed you'll have a 30 40% drawdown in that stock so fast it makes your head spin so for me buying something that's made an enormous move even though the company might be legitimate has a great future when it moves that fast in such a short period of time I look at it from a risk perspective and where could it sell down to if people run for the door that's my concern
when I see companies like this my way of investing is finding that support level where it would draw down to and that's where I look to sell put options and not at that price but just below it like two or three percent below that support level
Pablovski 10baggerbamm OP : yeah definitely not the time to buy LYC, but the stock will go much higher in years to come, basically the Aus MP materials. if you’re after spec, then another you could have a look at is $Arafura Rare Earths Ltd (ARU.AU)$
Pablovski : @10baggerbamm looks like they’re aiming to be on the Nasdaq in 5 months
