Anyway it is very normal practice to tax dividend, and 10% tax-rate is quite low. Example, generally US withholding tax on US dividends is at 30% which is even higher than Thailand's 10%, isn't it?
Furthermore, a net 4.5%-5% dividend yield is considered ok, not low at all.
