In this passage, we will show you how to create a currency exchange request on moomoo. Only the 4 steps!

Step 1

Go to the Trade page and tap Currency Exchange.

Step 2

Select the currency and enter the amount you intend to exchange. For example, if you wish to convert SGD into USD, select SGD and USD at the top. You can also tap on full exchange if you want to exchange the total amount available in your account. Our system will automatically calculate your current exchangeable amount and display the equivalent exchange amount.  

You can view the exchange rates and the estimated completion time on this page. Please note that the exchange rate is for reference purposes only.

Step 3

Click Submit and Confirm the currency exchange request. Then, your currency conversion request is successful, and you will get an indication.

Step 4

Tap  Exchange History to view the currency exchange requests you have made in the past.
