How to set up DRIP for US stocks & ETFs

What is DRIP?
Many companies share their profits with shareholders in the form of cash dividends. A Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) is an automatic reinvestment program offerde by brokers that allows investors to reinvest their cash dividends to purchase more shares of the same company.
