The Cash Transfer feature allows users to move funds between their moomoo accounts, such as from a cash account to a margin account. This offers greater flexibility in managing your finances.

 

2. For which accounts is Cash Transfer available

You can transfer cash between the following moomoo accounts:
  • Cash Account
  • Margin Account


3. How can I make a Cash Transfer

To make a Cash Transfer in the moomoo app, follow these steps:
  1. 「Go to Accounts > Margin/Cash Account > Transfers > Cash Transfer」
  2. 「Alternatively, go to Accounts > Margin/Cash Account > More > Cash Transfer」

 

4. Are there any Cash Transfer fees

There are no fees for cash transfers between your moomoo accounts. It's completely free.


5. How long does it take for a cash transfer to arrive

Cash transfers between your moomoo accounts are usually processed instantly.

 

6. Can I cancel a cash transfer request after I submit it

Once a cash transfer request is submitted and processed, it cannot be canceled. However, you can always transfer the funds back to your original moomoo account.
