The Moomoo AU Oct to Nov 2024 "Share your return & refer a friend for up to $2738* in rewards" Referral Rewards Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Promotion’, whereas the rewards issued in the Promotion are hereinafter referred to as "Referral Rewards") is a promotion offered by MOOMOO SECURITIES AUSTRALIA LTD, ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, of Suite 1701, Level 17, 570 George Street, Sydney (‘Moomoo AU’ or the ‘Promotor’). The Promotion is available only to existing clients (the "Referrer") of Moomoo AU with valid and active Moomoo AU Trading Account (the "Account").
For the purpose of this Terms and Conditions:
• A "Referral Link" means a unique link which is assigned to each Referrer, to be shared with their friends and families.
• A "Referred Friend" means an Australian resident over the age of 18, who:
• a) has never signed up a moomoo account; and
• b) successfully signs up & downloads the moomoo app via the Referrer's Referral Link
• A "Successful Referral" means each time a Referred Friend successfully signs up & downloads moomoo app via the Referrer's Referral Link and has completed respective actions pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
Share or copy your Referral Link with your friends and families and receive the following Referral Rewards for each Successful Referral you make, when your Referred Friend completes the corresponding actions:

Limited-time Transfer Offer:

Cash will be credited to your brokerage account at Moomoo AU within 3 trading days after you have used the cash coupons.
General Rules for using cash rewards including cash coupons and stock cash coupons:
A customer must have a valid and corresponding brokerage account at Moomoo AU to receive the cash reward.
Only one Cash Coupon or Stock Cash Coupon may be used at any one time.
A Cash Coupon or Stock Cash Coupon may only be used once.
Cash Coupons or Stock Cash Coupons must be used through the moomoo app by going to "Me-Coupons".
Cash rewards will be directly credited to the customer’s securities account after use.
The above gift shares will be distributed through a randomised draw mechanism. The gift share is determined via an algorithm at the time the Referrer uses the spin chance. Clients will be notified of what shares they have won immediately when it is determined by the algorithm. The allocation of shares to their trading account shall take place within the next 5-7 business days after clients are notified.

Prices of gift shares may fluctuate subject to market movements and, as a result, the value of the gift shares may change when they are allocated to your Account. The Promotor is not responsible or liable and shall bear no consequence for the price difference between the indicative prices and actual market prices the gift shares. 2.I have referred my friend, but why didn't I get the reward ?
A. To participate in the promotion and get corresponding rewards, your Referred Friend must be a new user has never signed up a moomoo account. 3.Why didn't I get the reward even though my friend downloaded moomoo?
A. Your invited friend has already downloaded the moomoo app on this device or other devices in the past. Repeat installation will not be rewarded.
