1.When does trade history start syncing?

Trades on the transaction date (T date) will be synced to Sharesight at 8:00 PM AEST on the next day after the transaction date (T+1 date).

Example

If you execute a trade on April 1, 2024, the trade details will be synced to Sharesight at 8:00 PM AEST on April 2, 2024, and will be available for your review on Sharesight after that time.

Note: If the date range you select covers past trades, these past trades will be synced to Sharesight immediately.

2.Why are some of my trades not appearing on Sharesight?

Sharesight does not sync the trade history for certain products, such as options. If you happen to have traded such products, their history won't appear on Sharesight.
