Processing time

1. Real time processing

Your exchange request will be processed in real time if it is submitted during the following time:

  • Monday 9:00 AM - Saturday 7:00 AM AET

 

2. Queued processing

Weekends & Holidays: For exchange requests submitted on weekends or holidays, Currency Exchange will be queued for processing until the next available time, and are subject to the real-time exchange rates at the time the processing is complete.

For example, if you submit an exchange request on Saturday, it will be queued until Monday at 9:00 AM AET when the Exchange begins processing again.

For exchange requests submitted on holidays, a separate notification will be issued. Please make a note of the relevant announcements.
