US Market Fee schedule

1. US Stocks & ETFs Pricing

TypeFees (USD)Charged by
Commission$0.0049/Share, min $0.99/OrderMoomoo CA
Platform Fees$0.005/Share, min $1/Order, max 1% * Transaction AmountMoomoo CA

Notes:

1. Platform Fees: as a technology brokerage, we have been committed to providing customers with high-quality and stable products and services. The platform fees are designed to ensure the company's sustainable investment in research and development so that we can provide you with an excellent trading experience through optimal iteration in technology.

2. Investors must be cautious of the risks commonly associated with low-priced stocks, such as lack of liquidity, higher volatility, and possibility of delisting. To protect investors' interests, we have capped the Platform Fees we charge at 1% of the transaction amount. Minimum Commission and Platform Fees are also applied at US$0.99 and US$1.00 per order respectively. If the calculated maximum Platform Fees per order is lower than the minimum charge per order, the maximum Platform Fees of 1% of the transaction amount will be assessed.

For example: Tom buys 50 XYZ shares at US$0.2 per share. Uncapped Platform Fees = 50 * US$0.005 = US$0.25, while capped Platform Fees = 50 * US$0.2 * 1% = US$0.1, the minimum Platform Fees = US$1>US$0.1. In this case, Tom is charged the capped Platform Fees of US$0.1.

3. If a day order is filled through multiple transactions, commission and platform fees will be charged only once for the entire order.

4. If a GTC order is filled through transactions over multiple trading days, transactions on each trading day will be regarded as a separate order and charged separately, subject to minimum charges.

5. Applicable exchange, electronic communication networks (ECNs) and/or specialist fees may apply based on execution venue.
