Captain Woon OP : Don't know what's wrong thought a lot of people will go for rights issue now people buying in the Market instead....later under subscribed then need to raise fund again.
gancheong spider : I think it shld be fine since the private placement is fully taken up. And the allocation is just 3.5% of owned shares. I was going to subscribe beyond my allocation but since it's cheaper to get in open market, just get it here instead of depending on luck. :)
