“Joy” and “pleasure” are words that also express “joy,” but the source of “joy” is very different.

[Joy] Joy given by others and the environment.

[Etsu] Joy that oozes from within oneself.

Let's compare a little [joy] and [pleasure] to investment.

What is “joy” in investment? The main purpose of investment is to increase assets. We are [happy] when assets that are good for anything, such as unrealized profit, fixed profit, dividends, rent income, etc., increase. This joy is [joy].

What is “pleasure” in investment? I notice that the economy revolves around the stocks and bonds I own. I notice that my investment activities contribute to society. Immerse yourself in [joy] in that awareness. This joy is [pleasure].

What is “pleasure” in another investment? Immerse yourself in the beauty of the balance and proportions of the asset portfolio you own. This joy is also [pleasure].

Even in a situation where the amount of assets does not increase easily, or conversely decreases, cash flow does not increase or decrease, and there is no [joy], it should be possible to immerse yourself in [pleasure]. Investments filled with joy and pleasure are fun.
