A Delaware judge upheld her earlier ruling striking down Elon Musk's multibillion-dollar pay package, plunging Tesla's board into more uncertainty over how to compensate its superstar chief executive for a decade of work.

– 人总是很难认识自己里面的真实状况，常常要等到我们的肉体被惹动以后，里面的败坏和不堪才会显露出来。但神早「已经鉴察我，认识我」（1节），祂比我们更「知道」（2节）我们里面藏着什么。因此，我们千万不要在神面前自以为义，而要承认自己的全然败坏，求祂为我们造清洁的心，使我们里面「重新有正直的灵」（五十一10）。
– 神虽然高居天上，但却「从远处」（2节）关注我们这些渺小的人。如果我们明知自己的心思（2节）、行为（2-3节）和言语（4节）都被神「细察」（3节）和「深知」（3节），怎么还能在神面前耍自己的小聪明呢？每一个重生得救的人都应当在神面前存战兢事奉的心，因为祂「深知我一切所行的」（3节）。我们若不肯让神「在凡事上居首位」（西一18），把神排在工作、家庭、生活之后，就应当反省自己是否真是一个重生得救、敬畏神的人。
– 我们若知道神「在我前后环绕我，按手在我身上」（5节），不但要感谢何等的恩典，也要感到何等的惶恐！只有那些无知无畏的人，才敢在神的「环绕」下偏行己路。
– 1-6节是描述神的全知。诗人不是在讲述教条，而是以敬拜的态度分享经历。神不但是全知的，而且祂的全知是与我们有关的：祂鉴察我们（2-4节 ）、保守我们（5节），对我们内心的了解超过我们对自己的认识。对这个伟大的事实，我们的第一个反应，可能是「这样的知识奇妙，是我不能测的，至高，是我不能及的」（6节），但第二个反应也许就是一种想逃跑的冲动（7节）。
– 虽然「阴间」（8节）是死人居住的地方，神照样在那里。
– 「清晨的翅膀」（9节），可能是形容黎明的朝霞像长了翅膀，迅速布满天空。指从东飞到西，日出在东方，地中海在以色列西面。
– 神的百姓无论到了哪里，「祢的手必引导我；祢的右手也必扶持我」（10节）。神的同在既是鉴察（1节），也是「引导、扶持」。无论多么孤独的事奉，都能因着神的同在而得着安慰和力量。
– 黑夜可以躲避人，但却无法躲避神。恶人在黑暗中只是掩耳盗铃，义人在黑暗中也能确信保护他的必不打盹，因为在神面前，「黑夜却如白昼发亮。黑暗和光明，在祢看都是一样」（12节）。
– 7-12节是描述神的全在。躲避神的面（7节），是人堕落以后挥之不去的冲动（创三8），也是难以摆脱的愚昧。神无处不在，顺服神的人无论到哪里，都有神的引导和扶持，因为无论什么受造之物「都不能叫我们与神的爱隔绝；这爱是在我们的主基督耶稣里的」（罗八39）。而悖逆神的人无论躲到哪里，都无法躲避神的审判和追讨，因为神说：「他们虽然挖透阴间，我的手必取出他们来；虽然爬上天去，我必拿下他们来」（摩九2）。
– 「我在母腹中，祢已覆庇我」（13节），可译为「我在母腹中，祢已编织我」。
– 「在地的深处被联络」（15节），可译为「在地的深处被塑造」。
– 无论是义人还是恶人，每个人都是神精心创造的，每个人的受造都是「奇妙可畏」（14节），但却不是每个人都会称谢神。惟有那些承认神的「作为奇妙」（14节）的人，才会把祂当得的荣耀归给祂。
– 虽然人在堕落以后，自以为「如神能知道善恶」（创三5），但实际上，「被造的没有一样在祂面前不显然的；原来万物在那与我们有关系的主眼前，都是赤露敞开的」（来四13）。人的本相没有一样不袒露在神面前（15-16节），人生的道路没有一样不在神的管理之中，实在没有什么值得骄傲的资本。
– 「耶和华所造的，各适其用；就是恶人也为祸患的日子所造」（箴十六4）。无论是义人还是恶人，一生的日子都是神「所定的」（16节），一生的道路早已写在神的「册上」（16节），为要成就祂的「意旨所预定必有的事」（徒四28）。人的被造不是偶然，灭亡不是偶然，得救更不是偶然。我们的生命不是没有目标的，每一个被神拣选的人，都应当顺服神对我们的宝贵意念（17节）。人若拒绝神对我们一生的计划、管理和使用，这样「用脚踢刺是难的」（徒二十六14）。
– 「我未成形的体质，祢的眼早已看见了；祢所定的日子，我尚未度一日，祢都写在祢的册上了」（16节），表明神不是因为预先知道我们会决志信主，所以才拣选我们得救。而是在人还没怀胎之前、「善恶还没有做出来」（罗九11），就已经预定了我们的一切，甚至在「万世以前」就已经「预定使我们得荣耀」（林前二7）。「只因要显明神拣选人的旨意，不在乎人的行为，乃在乎召人的主」（罗九11）。
– 「我睡醒的时候」（18节），可能指诗人数点神在他身上的奇妙作为，多如海沙难数，疲极入睡，醒来仍为神的思念所覆盖；也可能指诗人从死里复活时，仍与神同在。
– 13-18节描述神的全善。祂精心创造了每一个人，又在人身上显出祂宝贵的美意（17节）。人在堕落之后，每个人所走的都是死亡之路（罗三23；六23）；但神却按着祂的主权，拣选了一些人脱离死亡，「要领许多的儿子进荣耀里去」（来二10）。因此，得救的人是神预定的（徒十三48；林前二7；弗一5、11），灭亡的人也是神所预定的（彼前二8）。重生得救的人不必问神为什么预定某些人灭亡，而要感谢神竟然拣选我们这些不配的人得救；抵挡神的人也不必质疑神为什么任凭自己灭亡，而要质问自己为什么始终拒绝福音、硬着颈项不肯归向神。
– 神是全然圣洁的，神的百姓应当爱神所爱，也应当恨神所恨（21-22节），远离神的仇敌（19节）。
– 我们应当恨恶不敬畏神的恶人，以他们为仇敌，也当恨恶我们自己里面的旧人，以肉体为仇敌。「因为肉体的情欲和圣灵相争，圣灵和肉体相争，这两个彼此敌对」（加五17和合本修订版）。但人却很难认识自己肉体的真实光景，所以需要求神「鉴察我，知道我的心思，试炼我，知道我的意念」（23节）。
– 19-24节是描述神的全圣。我们常常以为「思无邪」，但神却把我们的恶念看为「恶行」（24节），因为只要给肉体以合适的条件，恶念一定会变成「恶行」。有谁敢说自己没有动过恶念呢（太五28）？神「若究察罪孽，谁能站得住呢」（一百三十4）？神怜悯我们的软弱，「我们若认自己的罪，神是信实的，是公义的，必要赦免我们的罪，洗净我们一切的不义」（约壹一9）；但神也不让我们安于自己的软弱，因此，我们应当时时求神「鉴察、试炼」自己的里面，好让我们远离「恶行」，专心走「永生的道路」（24节）。
