the economics term is called velocity of money and you can see where I've talked about it before. basically it means if you keep business within the United States those dollars keep going round and round and round and each time money is spent it's taxed. and the sum of the times that it goes around results in a significant amount of taxes collected by the government versus when you deal with businesses overseas say China and you have money that's earned in the United States but you buy a good and now that money gets shipped to China there's no velocity of money it went from the employer paid the employee to a Chinese product overseas and it's gone. when the US drill baby drill becomes independent again we're not buying oil from Venezuela we're not buying oil from other countries OPEC because same thing your money is paid to you by your employer you go out and buy gas and now that money goes overseas it's gone now it stays in the United States it goes back to the refiner the transporter they pay their employees they go out and buy goods and services with their money and the money stays in the US it's circulates around and round multiple times that's called velocity and that's what generates the significant amount of taxes under supply side economics and why it works and why Trump's approach is vastly superior to Obama to Biden and to all the people before that rely on they're foreign trade policies to determine where they do business and they keep soaking you with more and more taxes because they run a deficit and they say we have to raise taxes because we need more money as a government to function.

this is why supply side works because of velocity of money and with Trump's approach to bring businesses and manufacturing back to the United States he understands and he sees the big picture he gets it it works

and this morning for the first time this entire year somebody is on TV saying what I've talked about multiple times and this guy is Louie navelier he's a icon he's a legend in investing he's been around 50 years and he is saying what people don't understand is velocity of money and how it works. and this is why Trump is going to be able to generate a significant amount of taxes but yet reduce the taxes and the burden to the people.
