Qualcomm wins lawsuit, jury verdict on licensing contract dispute with ARM.

In a lawsuit filed by SoftBank Group's subsidiary, Arm Holdings in the UK, against US semiconductor manufacturer Qualcomm over a licensing agreement, a jury in the federal court of Delaware ruled on the 20th that Qualcomm did not violate the licensing agreement.
The jury at the federal court in Delaware determined that Qualcomm's acquisition of Nuvia did not violate the licensing agreement with Arm. After 9 hours of deliberation, the continuation of sales of Qualcomm's processors for PCs was allowed. This ruling is expected to have a significant impact on the future of the Arm-based Windows market.
