This is what active dilution looks like. At this moment for 1st time in several days we have a roughly 3-1 ratio of buys vs. sells 12.4 million buys to 4 million sells. Normally this ratio would cause the share price to increase, in this case it won't because we have an overhang of several 100 million shares being placed in the ATM offering. So the traders for the placement agents are controlling what and when they leak out the shares. They could easily let it breathe and let it go back into the .40's and cause less dilution , but they aren't, so shows a complete who gives a flying fuck about the shareholders! Still watching from the sidelines as I don't want to get caught in the future R/S which they are obviously looking at later, otherwise you would try and do the ATM offering at levels going up. We continue to monitor the trading pattern.
