The confirmed value of the index for November rose to 71.8, revised downward from the preliminary value - expected at 73.9.
One-year inflation expectations are at the lowest level since 2020, rising to 3.2% in the 5-10 year period.
The final value of the University of Michigan's Consumer Sentiment Index for November rose to the level last seen in April, but was revised downwards from the preliminary value.
