Reasons why I think Japanese stocks are still a "buy" in the medium to long term 🌱
① Real interest rates are negative
→ Interest rates have not caught up with expected inflation rates
② Companies reflect cost increases through price hikes
→ They are now able to increase profits
③ Shareholder return capacity is higher than US stocks
→ Japanese stocks have more capacity to pocket profits and return them to shareholders, in other words
However, large cap stocks are overheated, so it seems better to look for falling stocks of Australian small/mid cap stocks now. 🤭

It's OK just to have dividend stocks 🙆‍♀️
There are many people who say this kind of thing, but I think the only thing this works is limited to ETFs that are assorted products 🌱
If the stock you own ends up with no dividends, you should feel a lot of stress...
