A lump sum payment may be proven to be better because you won't have emotions and can go along with the bull market trend. The biggest concern about dollar-cost averaging is not being able to make purchases when prices fall further.

I am still working to pay off the leave carried over from 2023. It may be necessary to carry over this year's balance to 2025.

Yes, not surprising that big Tech Giants like Microsoft and Alphabet are doing well.  No matter what is the situation of the economic market, be it affected by e.g . Russian-Ukraine war, all indistries would need to use Technology in one way or another.  So, I will continue to invest and buy Microsoft and Alphabet shares.
