Anyone know after Sep 2024 what is the moomoo commission fees for crypto trading for both buy and sell?

Coming from other brokers which already offered fractional shares, moomoo fractional support is greatly appreciated. Fractional shares allow one to buy US big market cap stock,ETF with as low as USD 5 for each trade. Advantages moomoo have over other brokers are
