If you are an investor, buy the good fundamentals stocks and hold it for a long period because good stocks always rise over time due to earnings and inflation. Supplement your income by trading options to take advantage of the swing lows and highs. Just my 2 cents worth of thoughts.

Decent gains of about 9% since I started in March this year.
