104672820 OP 我是吃货 2 : It's quite tough to say since we don't know how the market would react in the near nor long term future, however, I think RDTE is a pretty good buy.  If you're bullish on Small Cap all the more the reason to buy it.
I myself am holding both QDTE and RDTE.
